Effective 9 September 2026 · Incued

Incued provides automated portfolio monitoring and actionable intelligence for private market investors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit incued.com, request a demo, or use the Incued platform.

Who we are

Incued is the controller for website and marketing data. For customer-uploaded portfolio materials processed inside the product, Incued typically acts as a processor on documented instructions from the customer. Contact ameer@incued.com for privacy requests.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit (name, firm, role, email, and the strategies you monitor), technical logs needed to operate the site (IP address, browser type, approximate location, and pages viewed), and, if you become a customer, account credentials and the portfolio files your team chooses to ingest. We do not require sensitive personal data to evaluate the product.

How we use information

We use data to respond to demo and security-review requests, operate and improve the monitoring platform, secure accounts, send operational notices, and—where permitted—share product updates. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer portfolio contents to train public models.

Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a B2B service, performance of a contract, consent (for optional cookies or marketing), and legal obligation (for example, accounting or lawful requests).

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and communications vendors bound by contract, with professional advisors, and if required by law. Customer portfolio data remains isolated to that customer’s environment except as needed to provide the contracted service.

Retention and security

Marketing inquiries are kept for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period. Platform data follows the customer agreement. We apply access control, encryption in transit, and least-privilege administration. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report concerns to ameer@incued.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International transfers

If data moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses. Details are available on request.

Updates

We will post changes on this page and adjust the effective date. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated through the account relationship.
